If you are trying to use VMS Client in Stratus 3.9.55+, please make sure to install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Package (x64) from here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145

This additional package is needed on Windows 7 only, other/modern versions of Windows do not require any additional packages, the VMS Client installer provides all dependencies it needs.
